# Install Brand Guidelines in Google Antigravity

Safety review (2026-10-21): Instruction-only Markdown skill with no scripts, network access or credentials.

## Rules for the agent
- Before running anything, tell the user what you will download and whether it contains scripts, and ask them to confirm.
- Install into this project (.agents/skills/) unless the user asks for a global install (~/.gemini/config/skills/).
- Do not run other commands from the source repository unless the user asks.

## Steps
1. Clone the source repository

```bash
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/anthropics/skills /tmp/anthropic-skills
```

   Download the repository that contains the skill to a temporary folder.
2. Copy the skill into your workspace

```bash
mkdir -p .agents/skills && cp -r /tmp/anthropic-skills/skills/brand-guidelines .agents/skills/
```

   Run this from your project root. Antigravity reads workspace skills from <project>/.agents/skills/<folder>/, so you should end up with .agents/skills/brand-guidelines/SKILL.md.
3. Or install it globally

```bash
mkdir -p ~/.gemini/config/skills && cp -r /tmp/anthropic-skills/skills/brand-guidelines ~/.gemini/config/skills/
```

   Use this instead of the workspace copy to have the skill in every project (Antigravity docs: ~/.gemini/config/skills/). For the Antigravity CLI the global folder is ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/skills/.
4. Check that Antigravity sees it
   Antigravity 2.0 app: start a new conversation and ask "What skills do you have?" (the app has no /skills command). Antigravity CLI: run /skills; in a session that was already open, run /skills reload first. brand-guidelines is listed.

Note: The anthropics/skills README does not mention Antigravity; it documents Claude Code, Claude.ai and the API. No scripts, API keys or binaries: the folder holds SKILL.md and LICENSE.txt (Apache 2.0). Poppins and Lora are not bundled; without them the output falls back to Arial and Georgia.

Done when the skill is listed: in the Antigravity 2.0 app ask "What skills do you have?" in a new conversation (the app has no /skills command); in the Antigravity CLI run /skills (run /skills reload first in a session that was already open).
