# Install HubSpot CRM in Google Antigravity

Safety review (2026-10-13): Instruction-only HubSpot skills with one pagination script; they can modify live CRM data but require a dry-run and confirm step before irreversible writes.

## Rules for the agent
- Before running anything, tell the user what you will download and whether it contains scripts, and ask them to confirm.
- Install into this project (.agents/skills/) unless the user asks for a global install (~/.gemini/config/skills/).
- Do not run other commands from the source repository unless the user asks.

## Steps
1. Clone the source repository

```bash
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/hubspot/agent-cli-skills /tmp/agent-cli-skills
```

   Downloads the 18 skill folders into a temporary folder.
2. Copy the skills into your workspace

```bash
mkdir -p .agents/skills && cp -r /tmp/agent-cli-skills/*/ .agents/skills/
```

   Run from your project root. Copy all 18 folders: the others depend on bulk-operations. Antigravity reads workspace skills from .agents/skills/<skill-name>/.
3. Or install them globally

```bash
mkdir -p ~/.gemini/config/skills && cp -r /tmp/agent-cli-skills/*/ ~/.gemini/config/skills/
```

   Use this instead of the previous step to have them in every workspace (~/.gemini/config/skills/<skill-name>/).
4. Log in with the hubspot CLI

```bash
hubspot auth login
```

   Or export a service key as HUBSPOT_ACCESS_TOKEN. Install jq as well, since several pipelines use it.
5. Check that Antigravity sees it
   Antigravity 2.0 app: start a new conversation and ask "What skills do you have?" (the app has no /skills command). Antigravity CLI: run /skills; in a session that was already open, run /skills reload first. The 18 skill names should be listed. We have not run these skills in Antigravity.

Note: Copies 18 skills, so your skill list grows by 18. You also need the `hubspot` agent CLI, which this repository does not explain how to install. The README does not mention Antigravity.

Done when the skill is listed: in the Antigravity 2.0 app ask "What skills do you have?" in a new conversation (the app has no /skills command); in the Antigravity CLI run /skills (run /skills reload first in a session that was already open).
