# Install Theme Factory in Google Antigravity

Source: https://github.com/anthropics/skills/tree/main/skills/theme-factory
Listing: https://www.antigravityskills.org/skill/theme-factory
Safety review (2026-10-14): Instruction and data files only: no scripts, network calls or API keys; it just tells the agent which colors and fonts to apply.

## Rules for the agent
- Before running anything, tell the user what you will download and whether it contains scripts, and ask them to confirm.
- Install into this project (.agents/skills/) unless the user asks for a global install (~/.gemini/config/skills/).
- Do not run other commands from the source repository unless the user asks.

## Steps
1. Download the repository

```bash
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/anthropics/skills /tmp/anthropic-skills
```

   The skill lives in skills/theme-factory.
2. Copy the skill into this project (workspace skill)

```bash
mkdir -p .agents/skills && cp -r /tmp/anthropic-skills/skills/theme-factory .agents/skills/
```

   Run from your project root. Antigravity then reads .agents/skills/theme-factory/SKILL.md. Keep themes/ and theme-showcase.pdf next to it.
3. Or install it for all projects (global skill)

```bash
mkdir -p ~/.gemini/config/skills && cp -r /tmp/anthropic-skills/skills/theme-factory ~/.gemini/config/skills/
```

   Use this instead of the previous step. For the Antigravity CLI the global folder is ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/skills/.
4. Check that Antigravity sees it
   Antigravity 2.0 app: start a new conversation and ask "What skills do you have?" (the app has no /skills command). Antigravity CLI: run /skills; in a session that was already open, run /skills reload first. theme-factory is listed.

Note: Anthropic documents only Claude Code, Claude.ai and the API; Antigravity is not mentioned. No API keys, binaries or scripts needed.

Done when the skill is listed: in the Antigravity 2.0 app ask "What skills do you have?" in a new conversation (the app has no /skills command); in the Antigravity CLI run /skills (run /skills reload first in a session that was already open).
