Install Content Strategy in Google Antigravity

Antigravity loads skills from .agents/skills/ in your project or ~/.gemini/config/skills/ for all projects (official docs). Full guide

EasiestOption 1: paste this to your Antigravity agent
Install the "Content Strategy" skill for Google Antigravity.
Follow the steps at https://www.antigravityskills.org/install/content-strategy.md (source: https://github.com/sickn33/antigravity-awesome-skills/tree/main/skills/content-strategy).
Before running anything, show me what you will download and whether it includes scripts, and wait for my OK.
Install it into this project (.agents/skills/) unless I say global. When done, check that Antigravity lists it as an installed skill.

The agent reads the install file, shows you what it will download and waits for your OK.

Option 2: install it yourself
  1. 1. Download the repository
    git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/sickn33/antigravity-awesome-skills.git /tmp/ag-skills && git -C /tmp/ag-skills log -1 --format=%h

    We reviewed commit dee7acc. If the second command prints a different hash, the skill may have changed since our review.

  2. 2. Copy the skill into this project (workspace skill)
    mkdir -p .agents/skills && cp -r /tmp/ag-skills/skills/content-strategy .agents/skills/

    Run from your project root. Antigravity reads workspace skills from .agents/skills/<folder>/; this folder holds SKILL.md, references/headless-cms.md and evals/evals.json (3 files, no scripts).

  3. 3. Or install it for all projects (global skill)
    mkdir -p ~/.gemini/config/skills && cp -r /tmp/ag-skills/skills/content-strategy ~/.gemini/config/skills/

    Use this instead of the previous step. Copy only the skills you need: the repo README warns that a large watched skills folder can overload Antigravity's context.

  4. 4. Check that Antigravity sees it

    Antigravity app: start a new conversation and ask "What skills do you have?"; content-strategy should be listed. Antigravity CLI: run /skills (/skills reload in a session that was already open).

The repository's own installer (npx agentic-awesome-skills --antigravity --skills <ids> --dry-run, README) can also install selected skills; the copy steps above use the standard Antigravity skill folders and install only this one.

What is Content Strategy?

content-strategy is a community-contributed skill in sickn33's antigravity-awesome-skills collection; its frontmatter names coreyhaines31/marketingskills as the source (version 1.1.0). It covers the planning step, not the writing: what to publish, in what order and for whom. The folder has SKILL.md, a headless CMS reference and an evals file with 6 test prompts.

How to use Content Strategy?

Install the skill, then ask for a content plan for a product and audience. The agent should first read .agents/product-marketing-context.md if you have one, ask for business context, customer research, current state and competitors, and then return pillars, a prioritized topic list and a cluster map in the output format defined in SKILL.md.

Key features of Content Strategy

  • โœ“We counted at dee7acc: the folder has 3 files and no scripts: SKILL.md (378 lines, 12,484 bytes), references/headless-cms.md (196 lines, 8,672 bytes) and evals/evals.json (90 lines, 6,544 bytes)
  • โœ“We counted: SKILL.md separates 3 searchable content types (use-case content, hub and spoke, template libraries) from 5 shareable ones (thought leadership, data-driven content, expert roundups, case studies, meta content)
  • โœ“We counted: it names 4 ways to find pillars (product-led, audience-led, search-led, competitor-led), 4 buyer stages for keyword research (awareness, consideration, decision, implementation) and 6 sources of ideas (keyword data, call transcripts, survey responses, forum research, competitor analysis, sales and support input)
  • โœ“We counted: ideas are scored on 4 weighted factors - customer impact 40%, content-market fit 30%, search potential 20%, resource requirements 10% - with a sample table whose totals are 7.9 and 7.1
  • โœ“We counted: evals/evals.json holds 6 test prompts; 5 ask for strategy work and the sixth (id 6) asks for a plain blog post about remote work, which the skill is expected not to treat as strategy
  • โœ“SKILL.md advises that most posts can live under /blog and that dedicated hub URL structures are only for major topics with layered depth
  • โœ“We counted: the frontmatter declares risk: critical, which the collection's docs define as privileged, destructive or high-impact operations; 1,350 of the 2,642 SKILL.md files in the collection carry that label (92 are none, 1,021 safe, 145 offensive, 34 unknown). Our read of this skill finds no commands, file writes or network use, so the label does not match its content

When to use Content Strategy

  1. 1Turning a list of 50 blog ideas into a ranked plan with the 40/30/20/10 scoring sheet
  2. 2Choosing 3-5 content pillars and the subtopics under each
  3. 3Deciding which content should be searchable, which shareable, and for which buyer stage

Installation & Setup Guide

Agent Rules / Prompt Setup

Follow these steps (taken from the project's own docs) to configure Content Strategy in your development environment.

Step 1: Claude Code (manual copy)claude
mkdir -p .claude/skills && cp -r /tmp/ag-skills/skills/content-strategy .claude/skills/

Not documented per skill by the repository; this uses Claude Code's standard .claude/skills/ folder after the clone above.

Step 2: Cursor: not documented by the projectcursor

The README lists installer targets for several hosts, but gives no per-skill Cursor path, so we do not list one.

Usage Example & Verification

Prompt / Request Example
1) SKILL.md output format: the agent returns (1) content pillars with rationale, (2) priority topics with searchable/shareable, content type, target keyword, buyer stage and customer-research backing, and (3) a topic cluster map.

2) Our example: "Use the content-strategy skill. We sell invoicing software to freelancers and have no blog yet. Ask me what you need, then propose 4 pillars and the first 10 topics."
-> The agent should ask the business, customer, current-state and competitor questions, then give pillars and ranked topics rather than finished articles.

3) Our example: "Here are 12 post ideas. Score them with your four-factor sheet and tell me which two to write first."
-> The agent fills the 40/30/20/10 table with its scores; treat the numbers as its judgment, not measured data.

Planning framework in Markdown plus an evals file; nothing to run, no network, no keys.

Full review: scope, findings, risks
Audit Scope:SKILL.md, references/headless-cms.md and evals/evals.json read in full; repository README install and disclaimer sections, docs/users/faq.md (risk labels) and LICENSE, all at commit dee7acc (2026-10-23; the skill folder last changed in c808e6e on 2026-10-19, after our earlier review at a307264). Static review only; nothing was executed.
Key Findings:Instruction-only skill. Two Markdown files and one JSON evals file; the only code blocks are ASCII structure diagrams and templates. No executable files, no commands for the agent to run, no URLs fetched, no credentials needed. Its frontmatter carries the collection label risk: critical, which describes privileged or destructive skills and does not match what we read.
Identified Operational Risks & Permissions:Low. The advice is generic marketing guidance; quality depends on the business and customer facts you give the agent.

All three files were read at commit dee7acc for commands, URLs, file operations and credential handling. We found none beyond the text reference to .agents/product-marketing-context.md (read-only), links to sibling skills and three documentation links (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi) in the headless CMS reference. The frontmatter says risk: critical; per the collection's docs that label means privileged, destructive or high-impact operations and is declared metadata, not an audit result, so we treat it as an over-broad label (1,350 of 2,642 skills have it). The evals JSON contains 6 test prompts with expected outputs and assertions, which are test data, not instructions to the agent. This is a static read of the text, not a behaviour test.

Operational Notes & Known Limitations

Known Limitations

  • โ€ขIt plans content; for writing individual pieces its Related Skills section points to separate skills (copywriting, seo-audit, ai-seo, programmatic-seo, site-architecture, email-sequence, social-content) that are not copied by the steps above
  • โ€ขThe scores and weights are the author's framework; the agent's 1-10 ratings are estimates unless you supply real search volume and customer data
  • โ€ขIt does not query keyword tools by itself, so volumes and difficulty must come from tools you provide
  • โ€ขThe skill's own Limitations section says output is not a substitute for expert review and the agent should ask when inputs are missing

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Content Strategy skill safe?

It is three text files (two Markdown, one JSON). We read all of them at commit dee7acc and found no scripts, no commands to run, no network calls and no API keys. The collection labels it risk: critical, but that label is applied to about half of its skills and does not match this skill's content. The only file it asks the agent to read is .agents/product-marketing-context.md in your project, if it exists.

How do I install Content Strategy in Antigravity?

Clone sickn33/antigravity-awesome-skills, copy skills/content-strategy into .agents/skills/ (or ~/.gemini/config/skills/), then ask "What skills do you have?" (Antigravity CLI: /skills).

Does it write my blog posts?

No. It decides what to publish and in what order. For writing it points to a separate copywriting skill.

Does it do keyword research?

It shows how to think about keywords by buyer stage and tells the agent to use keyword data if you have it, but it does not call a keyword tool.

Is it an official Google skill?

No. It is community-contributed to an independent collection whose README says it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
